Summer Syzygy


Summer means happy times, good sunshine, and delicious cocktails.

Skill level: Competent; certified weekend bartender.
Tools: jigger, Julep strainer, fine mesh strainer, mixing glass, and bar spoon

40 ml Baldoria Vermouth Orange

25 ml mango nectar

15 ml fresh lemon juice

15 ml fresh orange juice

1 teaspoon of curry powder

40 ml lemon soda


glassware: highball
Ice: cubed ice
garnish: Mango cubes

Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Orange, mango nectar, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon soda, and a teaspoon of curry powder into a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir well.
Double strain with both strainers into a highball glass over fresh cubed ice.
Garnish with fresh Mango slices.

Suggested pairing: fennel, roast lemon, and tomato salad, with peach cobbler cookies.
