Tools: jigger, Hawthorne strainer, mixing glass, and barspoon

60 ml Gin

25 ml Baldoria Vermouth Orange Wine

10 ml Campari Bitter


glassware: coupette
Ice: no ice
garnish: umami onion


Pour the gin and Baldoria Vermouth Orange into a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir.
Strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with 3 umami onions.
Umami Pearl Onions - infuse the pearl onions with Baldoria Vermouth Dry Umami, Parmesan cheese, black garlic, bay leaves, and juniper.

Suggested pairing: assortment of hard cheeses and cured meats.
