40 ml Baldoria Vermouth Rosso

40 ml Baldoria Vermouth Mate

80 ml soda water

glassware: highball glass

Ice: cubed ice

garnish: orange wedge

Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Rosso and Baldoria Vermouth Mate into a highball glass with cubed ice and stir gently.

Top off with 80 ml of soda water

Garnish with an orange wedge.

Suggested pairing: sesame seared ahi tuna bites and grilled asparagus
