Watermelon Spritz

Skill level: Competent; certified weekend bartender.
Tools: jigger, Julep strainer, mixing glass, and bar spoon

30 ml Baldoria Vermouth Rosé

15 ml watermelon juice

30 ml soda water

30 ml Prosecco DOC

Pinch of salt




glassware: wine glass
Ice: cubed ice
garnish: watermelon skin slice


Place the wine glassware in the freezer for 4 hours.
Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Rosé and watermelon juice into the chilled wine glass with ice, add the 30 ml of soda water and Prosecco DOC, and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of watermelon skin.
Watermelon juice - scoop the watermelon into the blender, blend for about thirty seconds, and strain into a mixing glass.

Suggested pairing: goat and feta cheese platter and a cucumber and mint salad.
