40 ml Baldoria Vermouth Rosso

20 ml Baldoria Vermouth Mate

20 ml strawberry syrup

4 basil leaves

60 ml tonic water

glassware: highball
Ice: cubed ice
garnish: candied pear slices


Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Rosso, Baldoria Vermouth Mate, and strawberry syrup into a mixing glass filled with cubed ice, add the basil leaves, and stir well.
Strain into a highball over fresh cubed ice.
Top off with an Indian tonic.
Garnish with candied pear slices.

Suggested pairing: strawberry, spinach, and pear salad.
