Sometimes all that is needed is a delicious cocktail!



Skill level: Novice; a newcomer to the sport.
Tools: jigger, Julep strainer, mixing glass, and bar spoon



20 ml Baldoria Vermouth Bianco/Dry- (up to your sugar level)

20 ml Baldoria Vermouth Mate

20 ml London Dry Gin



glassware: rocks glass
Ice: cubed ice
garnish: lemon coin


Pour the Baldoria Vermouth Bianco, Baldoria Vermouth Mate, and London Dry Gin into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 to 20 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
Garnish with a lemon coin.

Suggested pairing: Sautéed mushrooms and a tabouli salad.
