Skill level: Novice; a newcomer to the sport.
Tools: jigger, julep strainer, mixing glass, and bar spoon.

50 ml Baldoria Bitter

25 ml Baldoria Verdant

50 ml cold Prosecco sparkling wine.

glassware: highball
Ice: cubed ice
garnish: grapefruit wedge

Pour the Baldoria Bitter, and Baldoria Verdant into a mixing glass with ice and stir gently for 15 to 20 seconds until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass.
Top off with 50 ml of Prosecco sparkling wine and garnish.

Suggested pairing: mushroom pâté crostini.
