Semi-dry, Bitter White Vermouth on a base of Piedmontese Chardonnay wine.

Aromas and flavors reminiscent of traditional orange bitters, juxtaposed with the grassy, herbal bitterness of maté tea. While vermouth is itself bitter, and while “bitter” vermouth is a common category, Baldoria chose to reconsider “bitter.”

Enter yerba mate tea. The beautiful flavor plays well without hiding in the background or stealing the spotlight. A moreassertive, slightly sweeter riff on the Baldoria Dry, to be sipped on its own over ice; mixed with tonic; or incorporated into classic drinks such as the Americano or Negroni.
